Nessar Vietnam collaborates with Soti and Digital.ai to successfully host a workshop on application security and device management in the Multi-Cloud environment

Hanoi, August 25th, 2023 – Nessar Vietnam, in partnership with esteemed technology companies Soti and Digital.ai, successfully hosted a dedicated workshop for end users with the theme “Soti & Digital.ai: Enhancing Management and Automating Security of Applications and Devices for End Users in a Multi-Cloud Environment“. The event garnered participation from over 35 representatives from various large enterprises and organizations, aiming to share security solutions that address challenges in the ongoing digital transformation journey.
Mr. Nguyen Thac Nam, CEO of Nessar Vietnam, delivered the opening speech of the workshop.
During this significant event, Nessar Vietnam – the official distributor of Soti and Digital.ai in Vietnam – underscored the importance of optimizing mobile device and application management, coupled with robust protection across diverse Multi-Cloud environments.
The event attracted more than 35 representatives from large enterprises and organizations, all interested in security solutions and information safety within the rapidly evolving network landscape.
In their presentation at the workshop, Nessar Vietnam, the official distributor of Soti and Digital.ai in Vietnam, showcased optimized and effective solutions for end users. Confronting increasingly complex security challenges, Nessar presented specific solutions that help businesses securely and efficiently manage mobile devices and applications.
The Nessar Ecosystem solution framework meets the demands of the strong Multi-Cloud trend
The program commenced with an overview of the Nessar Ecosystem, presented by Mr. Vu Thanh Cong, Deputy Director of the Technology Center at Nessar Vietnam. He introduced solutions and products catering to the Multi-Cloud trend of Vietnamese customers, including:
  • Stellar Cyber – An Open XDR platform providing SOC, vSOC, MSSP solutions, integrating multiple technologies on a single, seamless platform encompassing ML-IDS, APT Sandbox, NTA, UEA, BIGDATA, AI, NG-SIEM, SOAR, Case Management, Asset Management, Threat Intelligence (other solutions being separate systems), notably suitable for Multi-Cloud environments.
  • FireMon provides a Device Security Policy management solution that enables automated and optimized policy management for Firewall/Router/Switch devices. It offers the capability to manage the entire security policies of Firewall/Router/Switch devices from multiple vendors on a single interface.
  • Quantum Corporation, a technology company, delivers comprehensive data lifecycle management solutions, encompassing both hardware and software.
  • SuperMicro, a technology company, offers leading products focusing on Server & Storage, IoT, and Workstation solutions addressing Big Data, AI, HPC, IoT challenges.

Soti One Platform – A significant stride in enterprise device management
Continuing the program, Soti – a software company from Canada with over 17,000 customers worldwide, boasting over 25 years of experience in addressing security, efficiency, flexibility, and end-user support for device usage – introduced the Soti One Platform device management solution. This milestone enables enterprises to safely and optimally manage devices ranging from PCs, laptops, smartphones to tablets.
With support for more than 200 validated devices and compatibility, Soti’s management solution has key highlights:
  • Support for diverse deployment forms including On-premise/Private cloud.
  • Establishment of management policies based on location, geographical location, device type, etc.
  • Ability to secure devices and data, including rules for data wiping/device wiping in case of loss/theft.
  • Swift deployment through convenient methods like QR codes, NFC, etc.
Representatives from Soti, Ms. Lan Hoa, Account Manager/Channel Sales Vietnam & Cambodia also provided a hands-on demo of the solution on real devices to showcase the strong management capabilities of the platform and answered questions from event attendees.

Digital.ai and Application Protection, Monitoring, and Automated Response
The Application Protection, Monitoring, and Automated Response solution from Digital.ai offers technologies to safeguard applications against potential attacks, featuring exceptional capabilities:
  • Empowering applications to self-protect at the Code-level against potential attacks.
  • Supporting over 200 distinct layers of protection across App, Web, and Desktop applications.
  • Real-time automatic threat alerts delivered directly to devices or centralized software monitoring.
  • Automated response upon detecting potential data breaches within applications to prevent exploitation or attacks.
Digital.ai experts, alongside Nessar Vietnam, demonstrated visually how vulnerabilities in Vietnamese applications can be exploited and showcased the simplicity, strength, and real-time monitoring capabilities of the digital.ai solution.
Mr. Vinay Kumar T R, Director of Sales Channels for the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions at Digital.ai, presented the application security solution.
