HN – On April 14, 2023, Nessar and Viettel IDC jointly announced the signing of a strategic partnership contract with FireMon, the world’s leading provider of Security Policy Management solutions. The three parties will collaborate to provide effective security policy management solutions, optimized for customers in Vietnam.
Nessar and Viettel IDC will jointly integrate FireMon’s solution into their product and service portfolio to provide effective security policy management solutions optimized for customers in Vietnam. The solution will help make the IT systems of organizations and businesses more reliable, secure, and scalable to manage existing network devices, increasing system control to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and reducing the overall risk level from previously unknown factors.
The high-level leadership of Nessar, FireMon, and Viettel IDC have signed a tripartite business cooperation agreement.
“At present, organizations often rely on the combination of manual processes and various tools to manage the addition, replacement, and removal of security policies and rules on their security systems. This approach not only consumes a lot of effort and is ineffective in operating the security system, but also leads to unnecessary complexity, increases the risk of misconfiguration, and creates many vulnerabilities that can be exploited in system attacks,” said Mr. Nguyen Thac Nam, CEO of Nessar Vietnam. “With FireMon’s solution, we believe that our customers will be able to solve these problems, reduce risks, and improve the security of their systems.”
Mr. Nguyen Thac Nam, CEO of Nessar Vietnam, spoke about the significant milestone of collaboration with FireMon and Viettel IDC.
“The collaboration with FireMon and Nessar aims to enhance and diversify Viettel IDC’s security solutions, in addition to our in-house solutions. With this partnership, we believe that customers in Vietnam will benefit from breakthrough cybersecurity solutions, not only optimizing management but also effectively monitoring and protecting their network systems in a safe and secure manner,” shared Mr. Le Xuan Que, Deputy Director of Viettel IDC.
FireMon’s solutions help reduce 80% of security policy misconfiguration issues, optimize system operation with 90% automation in policy creation, and reduce 40% of system complexity by removing unnecessary policies. With these superior capabilities, customers can operate their systems efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
